Terms and Conditions

  • Payments are non-refundable.
  • The customer takes full responsibility for attending sessions and completing the package on time. If the package is not complete in time, the remaining sessions are lost.
  • The reserved time slot must be observed. We can not guarantee the availability of alternative slots, but will try to do her best to make mutually favourable arrangements.
  • Limited number of slots are available at a given period of time, so waiting lists may apply.
  • The exception may be arranged in case of force majeure or illness on an individual basis.
  • The sessions are arranged via zoom platform and may be recorded if the customer wishes. Recordings are available for 1 week after the recorded session.
